Alan Chelko heads Cisco’s Corporate Development efforts in CEE, DACH and the Middle East. In this role, he leads Cisco’s regional venture capital investment efforts and manages Cisco’s regional private investment portfolio of over $100M.

Mr. Chelko has over 15 years’ experience in emerging markets building and growing high tech companies as both a manager and investor, and received a dual degree International MBA in 1996 from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona (USA) and Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona (USA).

Mr. Chelko is a US citizen and lives with his wife and 3 children in Prague, Czech Republic.
